Our Team
Fencepac has a core team of approximately 50 staff. Incorporating expert estimators, product specifiers, designers, and project managers. Our logistics department have the ability to deliver to all projects allowing for flexibility to achieve all project timelines. All staff receive regular toolbox talks and there is a constant focus on updating skills and knowledge within the business. Personnel also receive training on new products used and regular safety training.
Our unique project team structure includes 2 dedicated project managers on each project, one on-site managing the team and construction and one at HQ managing all elements of logistics. They are further supported by a dedicated contracts administrator and WSHQ manager. Together this team ensures that our projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget, and true to spec.
Facilities & Equipment

Fencepac operates from a 3,600m² facility on the Sunshine Coast which includes a 550m² manufacturing workshop.

Fencepac has the ability to manufacture specialist solutions in our workshop. Our workshop specialises in custom-made panels and gates to augment existing products and components.

Fencepac has mine compliant vehicles, trucks, trailers and skid steers allowing us to deploy teams to anywhere in Australia.
