Security fencing upgrades, vibration fence detection system, security lighting, and CCTV at 8 stabling yards and 5 feeder stations. All works delivered on a live track network with minimal service disruption. Co-designed an innovative dual-material anti-vandal barrier to address millions in annual vandalism costs.
The Challenge
