Project Overview
15km of security fencing and gates, 8km of rural fencing, 29 fire exit gates, and 20 double gates delivered across 5 concurrent compressor station sites as part of a world-first CSG-LNG project. Up to 180 variations managed across sites up to 200km apart.
The Challenge
This project required Fencepac to respond to real site conditions, stakeholder requirements, and delivery constraints while maintaining quality, safety, and program performance. Our role was not just to build the scope, but to manage the work in a way that kept the broader project moving.
