Project Overview
Supply and construct 20,000m² of concrete and acrylic noise barriers on an active highway corridor. 3,535 concrete panels and 971 acrylic acoustic panels shipped from Europe with a 3-month lead time. Approximately 130 contract variations managed through daily design changes from stakeholders.
The Challenge
This project required Fencepac to respond to real site conditions, stakeholder requirements, and delivery constraints while maintaining quality, safety, and program performance. Our role was not just to build the scope, but to manage the work in a way that kept the broader project moving.
